For this project, my creative team was tasked with building out a complete branding campaign for our newly formed Diversity and Inclusion section. The concept for this campaign centered around the tagline “Be Bold”, encouraging employees to be proud of who they are, regardless of their gender, race or sexual orientation. The collateral (from pop-ups to the website) featured close-up photos and bold color schemes, which was very atypical from our brand guidelines. The result was a very genuine, heartfelt campaign.
