Public Involvement Website

TxDOT’s Public Involvement presence had a problem. The department was receiving complaints from the public—the majority of which had to do with not being able to find information. The site was in need of a serious facelift. Based on input gathered through user research, we created a more functional design which minimized clicks and provided users with the tools they needed to find information quickly and accurately.
